In addition to regularly undertaking a project planning advisory role, ensuring programmes are executed and advised on accordingly, we are experts in preparing delay expert / advisory reports. Our robust reports are prepared for the purpose of claims / responses to claims, negotiation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation, Delay in Start Up 'DSU' / Business Interruption 'BI' insurance claims and legal / court proceedings.
We are experienced working with a wide variety of international contract forms and industry sectors including construction / building (all main forms), infrastructure, oil and gas, renewable energy, power generation and complex data centres / medical centres.
